Traditional High-Back Glider for One
The LuxCraft 2' Classic Glider is the porch glider most people picture: a tall back, straight lines, and a soft curve along the top. Amish craftsmen in Ohio build it from recycled poly that never needs painting, joined with stainless steel hardware. It weighs 66 pounds and seats one adult comfortably. Round it out with a footrest, cushion, or drink holder.
Upright Comfort for Long Conversations
The Classic back sits tall and nearly vertical, which keeps you in a natural upright posture. That makes it a great chair for talking with neighbors, reading the paper, or sipping iced tea. Your shoulders get support all the way up, and the curved top edge gives the design a finished, timeless look.
A Smooth, Level Glide
Instead of tipping on curved runners, the seat travels on a level path. The motion is gentle and predictable, so you never feel like you are about to lean too far. It is easy to settle into a slow rhythm, let your shoulders drop, and allow the rest of the day to slow down right along with you.
Light to Move, Solid to Sit In
At 66 pounds, this glider is manageable when you want to rearrange the porch or tuck it under cover. Once in place, it feels solid and stays put. With a weight capacity of 275 pounds, it is made for everyday use by just about anyone in the family, from teens to grandparents.
Craftsmanship You Can Count On
Amish builders in Sugarcreek, Ohio, cut and assemble every Classic Glider by hand. The recycled poly resists cracking, peeling, and moisture, and the stainless hardware stays free of rust. Wipe it down when it gets dusty and enjoy it for years. LuxCraft includes a 5-year commercial warranty on every chair it ships.
