4' Contour Bench

The LuxCraft 4' Contour Bench brings the shaped seating of the Contour line to a fixed bench built for two. Each half of the 48-inch seat has the same curved back and sculpted seat found on the smaller 2' model. It does not glide or rock. That makes it a calm, steady choice for couples who want a shared spot on the deck with nothing moving underneath them.

Some moments call for a seat that stays still. Reading a book, sharing coffee or catching up after work all feel easier when the bench is not moving. A fixed frame also needs no swing room behind it, so you can set this bench close to a wall, a railing or a planter. You get Contour comfort in places where a glider simply would not fit.

Neither person gets the lesser seat. Both positions on the bench share one ergonomic profile, with a back that curves to support the lower and middle back. The seat is shaped to spread your weight instead of pressing on a few hard points. Sit on the left or the right and the feel is the same, which matters on a bench meant for two.

Couples often want a seat along the edge of a space, facing the yard or the view. This bench is made for that job. Push it flat against the house, line it up under a porch rail, or use it to anchor one side of a patio. Add a Contour end table at one end for drinks, or pair it with a Contour coffee table to build a fuller seating area.

The bench is hand-built by Amish craftsmen in Sugarcreek, Ohio, from recycled HDPE poly joined with stainless steel hardware. Poly will not rot, crack or need paint, and the hardware will not rust. Leave it out through summer storms and winter cold with no cover required. Every bench is backed by a 5-year commercial warranty, and a 4' Seat Cushion is available if you want extra padding.
