Royal Adirondack Chair

The Royal is the biggest and tallest Adirondack chair LuxCraft makes. It stands about 44.5 inches high, weighs 59 pounds and has a 30.375-inch back that rises well above the shoulders. The wide 23.25-inch seat and broad arms give you room to spread out. If you want an Adirondack that anchors the porch rather than blending in, this is the one. LuxCraft offers Adirondacks in several sizes, from compact models for small decks to mid-size chairs for everyday use. The Royal sits at the very top. It shares the generous seat width of the mid-size chairs but adds a much taller back and more overall height. On a large porch or open lawn, that extra scale keeps the chair from looking lost.

Traditional Adirondacks sit low and lean far back, which can be hard on tall people and anyone with stiff knees. The Royal raises the rear of the seat to 14.19 inches, so you sit a little more upright and stand up with less effort. The tall back reaches the head and shoulders of guests over six feet, so everyone gets real support.

Every Royal comes out of an Amish workshop in Sugarcreek, Ohio, cut from thick recycled HDPE poly and fastened with stainless steel hardware.
